Who We Are
The Union of Vietnamese Student Associations of the Southeast (UVSASE), established in 2015, is a non-profit, non-partisan, community-based organization with a commitment to unify Vietnamese youths in the Southeastern region of the United States. Our network expands across the 6 states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, supporting hundreds of students within our 19 partnered universities. Our organization’s mission is to promote unity within our community while empowering the rising generation with leadership prowess, cultural knowledge, and the wisdom to strengthen and advance our community.

Our Goals
- Bringing together young leaders to build unity and solidarity among Vietnamese American youth in the Southeast region
- Promoting awareness of the Vietnamese culture, language, and history
- Encouraging participation and cross-promotion of regional events
- Encouraging and advancing the professional and leadership development of young leaders
- Fostering organizational growth and sustainability of established VSAs in the Southeast region
- Serving as the central connection and facilitating the interaction and sharing of resources amongst Vietnamese youth organizations within the Southeast states
