There’s no manual to life, and there’s no manual to you. You’re given a blank book and the pages are being written as you learn more about yourself. 

Day by day, you slowly unveil things that you didn’t know about or realize different things that you were so sure about, such as how you communicate, how you lead, how you work, and much more.  You might even learn about the things that you like and dislike, the things that create your strengths and weakness, or even the things that make you happy and angry.  By slowly revealing your skills, qualities, characteristics, you’re able to use all of those facts as guidelines – guidelines to help lead you down the path that’s best for you, especially your career path. All in all, if you’re a little lost on which way to go with your career or within your VSA, dig a little deep. What lies within may have the answer you seek. 

In this year’s conference theme, we want to encourage our attendees to take a moment and open the door to discover who they are and what type of person they want to be. Through workshops, keynotes and discussions, we hope to help the attendees realize new things about themselves and how to apply it to any tough decisions that they might encounter throughout their lives.
