Often times, people are fearful of inadequacy and failure when it comes to new opportunities in their lives. Despite having the skills, ability, and willingness to take on these new possibilities, it is fear that stops us on these paths, especially paths of leadership. Some may question whether they qualify as a leader, and others don’t feel comfortable being a leader. Whatever the case may be, everyone is a different individual with different doubts; all have a different path and mindset of how they want to pursue their life/future and ultimately overcome their unique obstacles to reach their full potential.

Everyone has their story to tell, and only once in their lifetime are they able to live through it all. We reminisce a lot about our past and our roots, and we focus on how we set ourselves up for the future. However, we should take a moment and characterize ourselves- to paint a picture of WHO WE ARE and who we WANT TO BE.

Southeast Leadership Camp (SELC) is a 3 day long event where attendees from the region come together for a weekend to learn and bond with one another. Our program highlights include interactive activities and engaging workshops to help campers improve their leadership and professional skills.
